You can see this shown in the screenshots when you uninstall Civilization. When you delete a large Steam game, a small delete message will appear next to the title in your Steam library until it is complete. Wait a moment until the game exits Steam and is removed from your hard drive. Confirm that you want to delete the game from your computer and delete the local game files by clicking “Delete”. In the drop-down menu that appears, select Delete Local Content.
